Service operator: ADVITECH Consulting Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, company registration number 01-09-419640, tax number 32352399-2-43, EU VAT HU32352399, 1122 Budapest, Maros utca 25. 1. em. 1. ajtó, Hungary.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Postu.io ("Postu", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Postu, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use Postu on behalf of a company, organization, client, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Postu is a social media management and content scheduling platform. Depending on enabled features and connected integrations, Postu may allow users to:

  • Connect third-party social, community, business, and publishing accounts.
  • Create, preview, schedule, publish, and manage posts.
  • Upload and manage media, including images, videos, thumbnails, and related metadata.
  • Choose publishing destinations such as pages, channels, boards, groups, communities, locations, workspaces, or blogs.
  • View analytics, publishing status, post URLs, and platform feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members and manage workspaces.
  • Use automation, browser extension, API, webhook, AI-assisted, or content workflow tools where available.

3. Supported Platforms

Postu may support integrations with Telegram, X (Twitter), Mastodon, Bluesky, Nostr, Reddit, Discord, VK, LinkedIn, Instagram* Standalone, Instagram* Business, Threads*, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook*, Medium, Dev.to, WordPress, Hashnode, Pinterest, Slack, Twitch, Lemmy, Skool, Whop, Google Business Profile, Dribbble, Max messenger, Dzen, Odnoklassniki, and other third-party services.

Features vary by platform. Some platforms support publishing only, some support analytics, some require review or approval by the platform, and some may limit access based on account type, region, app review status, quota, rate limits, API availability, or platform policy.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Postu. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account or workspace.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to promptly update it when necessary. You may not impersonate another person or organization.

5. Connected Accounts and Authorization

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Postu to access and use that account only as needed to provide the features you choose, such as showing available destinations, scheduling content, publishing content, retrieving analytics, or displaying publishing status.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to connect each third-party account and to publish, schedule, manage, or analyze content through that account.

You may disconnect third-party accounts from Postu, and you may also revoke Postu access directly through the relevant third-party platform's settings where supported.

6. Platform Terms and Policies

Your use of connected platforms is also governed by each platform's own terms, developer policies, community guidelines, API policies, advertising policies, commerce policies, and content rules.

You agree not to use Postu in a way that violates the rules of platforms such as Google, YouTube, Meta, Facebook*, Instagram*, Threads*, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Slack, Discord, Twitch, Telegram, Dzen, VK, WordPress, Medium, Dribbble, Whop, Skool, Google Business Profile, or any other connected service. Dzen delivery may use a public Telegram relay and the user-added @zen_sync_bot. In that mode, successful delivery by Postu confirms publication to Telegram, not Dzen moderation or final publication.

Third-party platforms may reject content, revoke tokens, suspend accounts, reduce quotas, change APIs, require review, block publication, or remove content. Postu is not responsible for third-party platform decisions or outages.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, draft, schedule, publish, or otherwise provide to Postu. You grant Postu a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, display, modify for formatting or technical compatibility, and submit your content to third-party platforms as necessary to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring that you have all rights, licenses, consents, releases, and permissions needed to use and publish that content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Postu to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, deceptive content, or abusive automation.
  • Violate laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or platform policies.
  • Publish illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or exploitative content.
  • Upload malware, malicious links, phishing content, or content designed to compromise security.
  • Scrape, harvest, or misuse data from Postu or third-party platforms.
  • Bypass rate limits, security controls, authentication, payment restrictions, review processes, or platform access rules.
  • Sell, rent, transfer, or misuse OAuth tokens, API keys, cookies, bot tokens, or other credentials.
  • Reverse engineer, attack, overload, interfere with, or disrupt Postu or connected platforms.

9. Google, YouTube, and Google Business Profile

If you connect Google, YouTube, or Google Business Profile, you authorize Postu to use Google API data only for user-facing features you request, such as authentication, channel or location selection, video upload, metadata management, scheduling, publishing, and analytics.

Postu's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring your YouTube videos, thumbnails, metadata, tags, made-for-kids settings, Google Business Profile posts, and related content comply with Google and YouTube rules.

10. Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Other Reviews

Some integrations may require platform review, business verification, app verification, domain verification, API approval, production access, standard access, or additional permissions before they work for all users. We may not be able to provide a feature until the relevant platform approves it.

Trial, development, sandbox, testing, or limited-access apps may have restrictions, such as test-user limits, visibility limits, posting limits, analytics limits, quota limits, or prohibition on production publishing.

11. Browser Extension and Non-OAuth Credentials

Some integrations may require the Postu browser extension, user-provided API keys, cookies, bot tokens, webhook secrets, or other credentials. You may provide such credentials only for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

You agree not to use extension-based or non-OAuth integrations to bypass platform rules, access accounts without authorization, scrape data, or perform actions that the relevant platform prohibits.

12. AI-Assisted and Automation Features

Postu may include AI-assisted, automation, scheduling, or content workflow features. You are responsible for reviewing all generated or automated content before publishing and for ensuring that it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated or automated suggestions are accurate, lawful, non-infringing, or suitable for publication.

13. Payments and Subscriptions

If paid plans or paid features are offered, prices, billing cycles, taxes, and renewal terms will be displayed before purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by us.

14. Availability, Quotas, and Changes

Postu depends on third-party platforms, APIs, quotas, network providers, hosting providers, and user authorization. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful publication, API approval, quota availability, analytics availability, or continued platform support.

We may modify, suspend, remove, or limit features at any time, including when a third-party platform changes its API, policy, pricing, quota, access rules, or review requirements.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Postu if we believe you have violated these Terms, platform policies, applicable law, security requirements, payment obligations, or the rights of others.

You may stop using Postu at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting hi@postu.io.

16. Data Deletion Policy

Users may request deletion of their Postu account and associated personal data at any time by emailing hi@postu.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with the account.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize:

  • Account information.
  • Connected account tokens, API keys, cookies, and credentials.
  • Scheduled posts, drafts, uploaded media, and publishing history where deletion is technically and legally possible.
  • Analytics and usage history associated with the account.

Some data may be retained where required by law, tax obligations, security needs, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate operational requirements. Content already published to third-party platforms may need to be deleted directly on those platforms or through supported Postu deletion features.

17. Intellectual Property

Postu, including its software, design, branding, user interface, documentation, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Postu or any intellectual property rights except the limited right to use the service according to these Terms.

18. Disclaimers

Postu is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, content, business opportunities, or platform access arising from or related to your use of Postu.

20. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of Postu, your connected accounts, your violation of these Terms, your violation of platform policies, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

21. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of Postu after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

22. Contact

For questions about these Terms, platform reviews, privacy requests, or account deletion, contact the operator at info@advitech.hu or the Postu support team at hi@postu.io.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user's country of residence. The courts of Hungary have jurisdiction unless mandatory law permits the user to bring a claim elsewhere.
